Each of our scented candle batches is put through rigorous testing to ensure that you receive the best, most richly scented candle you have ever purchased.  For your health and safety, we also hand pour all our candles using only a paper-core wick, containing no metal or lead!

If burning instructions are followed, you will experience a long lasting, clean burning, richly scented candle.  And, there will not be any wasted wax left on the sides of the jar!

One of the most important tools to have with your candle is a WICK TRIMMER. If you have black on your jars it means that your flame is too high.  Your CJs Country Classics candle should burn without any black on your jar when you keep the wick trimmed to ¼” before your next burn.  A flame that is too high is caused by a wick that is too long.  If wicks are properly trimmed there is never any reason for black smoke.  PLEASE, keep those wicks trimmed!  Be safe and smart with your candles.

 

Scented Candles with no flame?
If you like the fragrance of jar candles, but do not like to burn them because of the flame, we have a great option for you.  You may use a candle warmer.  We like burning our candles, but we also use a candle warmer with our 4 oz jars and tin candles in our home.  Unlike a burning candle, we feel safe leaving the candle warmer on while we are away from our homes.
